Our "Phyllis Wheatley" cap is suitable for the fourth quarter of the 18th century.  This cap is based on the famous frontispiece of Phyllis Wheatley.  This cap works well with our Cap Linen or Italian organdy and 100/2 Linen thread. Paper pattern and instructions for hand sewing a cap in an 18th century manner are included along with a documentation card.


2 yards of 1" or 1 1/2" silk taffeta ribbon and 3/4 yard 1 1/2" wide silk ribbon suggested for trim. Message us for a selection of ribbons.
